  it was horrible, when i showed up my kids would be crying and screaming and no on was paying attention to them and when asked what was wrong with them the staff responded i dont know. Well kids dont cry unless their is a reason. My children went there when it was winter time and my daughter came home with bruises. I had taken pictures and sent them to the director where she responded....It could have happened at home, it didnt happen at my facility. I live in a small two bedroom apartment and my kids are 2 and 3 years old, no way something happened at my house as to my children having a bruise and not freaking out about it.
