    I have banked with Union Bank and Trust for 4 years now and the way I have been treated within the past 2 months is causing me to look for a new bank. The policies are not streamlined between the locations. I waited in the drive thru this morning for almost 20 minutes for a money order and I believe they misplaced my card and ID behind the desk. There were 2 other cars that came after me who both came and left before I did. Then when my card and money order were finally returned there was no apology for the wait. Very disappointed in the treatment from the employees from this location.

    Cathy was a serious dream to work with. The location and space I ended up in ended up being better than what I had originally envisioned. She helped navigate picking the right location, reviewing leases, construction and build out, and all of the last minute pieces that come up with moving a business.     it was horrible, when i showed up my kids would be crying and screaming and no on was paying attention to them and when asked what was wrong with them the staff responded i dont know. Well kids dont cry unless their is a reason. My children went there when it was winter time and my daughter came home with bruises. I had taken pictures and sent them to the director where she responded....It could have happened at home, it didnt happen at my facility. I live in a small two bedroom apartment and my kids are 2 and 3 years old, no way something happened at my house as to my children having a bruise and not freaking out about it.
