  Just moved from out of state and Kelsey and Brad have been super helpful in getting adjusted. This area seems like the movie Pleasantville where everyone is so nice it's almost creepy! My apartment is also brand new, it smells good and things seem to be placed perfectly. My refrigerator wasn't working the first night due to a minor mishap but maintenance came out at 8pm on a Saturday night and fixed it right away! He also checked other things and fixed that too, wow! I will say, the neighbors don't pick up their dog poop. But maybe they knew that no one was living in my corner and took advantage of the empty space. If dog poop is my only complaint I'm sure I'm in good shape for the future! Very quiet community too.

  It is great to be the first to live in these brand new apartments! Very spacious and modern living. The small maintenance issues that have come up are quickly fixed. Management is friendly and always willing to help. Overall this complex does a good job of making you feel at home!
